Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production assembly operations to meet output targets and deadlines


• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted manufacturing processes


• Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly line employees to maintain high performance standards


• Enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and company policies across the production floor


• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, quality issues, and equipment concerns in a timely manner


• Collaborate with quality control, engineering, and management teams to optimize assembly processes
  
• Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics

Requirements:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production environment


• Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, lean manufacturing, and production workflows


• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production workers


• Familiarity with workplace safety standards and OSHA regulations


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills


• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders, and technical documents


• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or relevant certifications a plus
