Job summary

A-dec Inc. is seeking an Assembly Operations Leader to guide daily production across sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging. You will align people, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.

You will drive continuous improvement through lean methods, manage workforce scheduling and training, and collaborate with HR and other functions to address operational challenges. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily assembly operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate workflow across sub-assembly, final assembly, and packaging to ensure throughput and on-time delivery.
• Ensure readiness of materials, tools, fixtures, staffing, and process capability.
• Monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Identify and resolve workflow, materials, quality, staffing, and equipment issues; escalate systemic problems.
