Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience leading assembly line teams and ensuring quality.
• Familiar with OSHA and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production assembly operations to meet targets.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and equipment for efficiency.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate assembly workers.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate with QA/engineering.
• Maintain production records and performance metrics.
