Qualifications

• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience leading hourly floor teams on the shop floor.
• Prior assembly experience and second/off shift leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily assembly operations to hit output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Own shift handoff with first shift and maintain continuity of work.
• Lead, coach, and develop assemblers and team leads.
• Drive production performance via metrics and take corrective action when behind.
• Ensure assemblies meet prints and specifications with ISO-aligned quality.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting to keep flow moving.
• Lead continuous improvement and standard work across shifts.
• Enforce safety and 6S on the floor.
• Coordinate with materials, quality, and support functions.
• Prepare and review production, labor, and performance reports using ERP.
