Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Major Crossings Design-Build Principal to lead pursuit, planning, and execution of major bridge and transportation projects across the United States. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor designers, and strengthen client relationships while expanding Jacobs' Design-Build presence.

You will oversee design delivery, collaboration with controls, scheduling, and construction teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
• Proven experience leading design-build or alternative delivery projects on major transportation infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with client and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Design Manager for large, complex Design-Build and alternative delivery projects.
• Lead pursuit activities, proposal development, and ATC development.
• Coordinate cross-office teams and manage budgets, schedules, and quality.
