Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs in units and common areas, ensuring resident satisfaction.

Respond to service requests in under 3 hours and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting issues with a hands-on, owner’s mindset. Growth potential toward Team Lead and leadership roles is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Currently a Maintenance Technician seeking growth into a Team Lead role.
• Leadership experience preferred (lead/lead technician or similar).
• Experience repairing electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, pools.
• Detail oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Available for a flexible schedule, weekends, and on-call emergencies.

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.

What we’re looking for:

• Currently working as a Maintenance Technician and looking for an opportunity to grow into a Team Lead or Lead Maintenance role.
• Or previous experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician, Lead Technician, or in a similar leadership role preferred.
• Experience in repairing and/or maintaining the following:
  • Electrical Systems
  • Plumbing
  • Appliances
  • Flooring
  • Carpentry
  • Heating and Air Systems/HVAC
  • Pools
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently, lead and as a part of a team.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies.

Benefits and Pay Range :

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - 28.00 USD per hour depending on experience, plus quarterly bonus potential!

Candidates starting pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, and qualifications.
