Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to guide on-site teams across Salt Lake City communities. You will oversee maintenance staff, schedule turns, and ensure resident satisfaction with timely service.

You’ll manage vendor relations, maintain inventory, mentor technicians, and drive safety and quality standards while embodying the Wasatch brand and an owner’s mindset.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification with 3-5 years related experience a plus.
• Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others.
• Analytical problem solving and ability to implement strategies.
• Experience operating hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team of Maintenance Team Members.
• Schedule and complete turns.
• Complete occupied apartment service requests within 3 hours.
• Manage inventory of ready apartments and inspect move-in quality.
• Lead maintenance initiatives and uphold Wasatch brand.
