Job summary

Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs across apartment communities. You will respond to resident requests within 3 hours and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests within 3 hours.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting issues.
• Maintain Wasatch brand and an owner's mindset.
