Qualifications

• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience, including complex troubleshooting.
• Experience connecting to PLC-controlled equipment and diagnosing faults via PLC logic, I/O, sensors, drives, networks, and related controls.
• Proficiency with CMMS and basic workplace technology; ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.
• Safety qualifications (lockout/tagout, electrical safety) and commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, analyze logic, and diagnose faults.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and coach other technicians as assigned.
• Document repairs, work orders, and recovery plans; ensure safe return-to-service.
