Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to maximize safety, reliability, and availability of DC equipment through advanced troubleshooting, repair, and day-to-day technical leadership.

You will lead troubleshooting on PLC-controlled equipment, diagnose complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coach other technicians while coordinating with Maintenance Leadership, Operations, and Engineering to restore equipment and improve reliability.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required or better.
Associate degree or formal technical training in maintenance, electrical technology, automation, mechatronics, or related field preferred.
PLC/controls, industrial electrical, automation, mechatronics certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

Advanced troubleshooting of PLC-controlled and automated equipment including PLC logic, I/O, sensors, drives, networks, and safety circuits.
Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and material-handling equipment failures; perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
Provide on-the-job training, delegate work, and coordinate response activities; ensure safety and best practices.
