Greystar is seeking a Service Technician for Alta Purl in Charlotte, NC. You will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas safe, clean, and functional in line with company standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders and preventative maintenance, making-ready tasks for vacant units, inventory tracking, and keeping documentation up to date.

Formación

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds; work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Performs make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Tracks inventory and returns supplies to the proper locations; notifies supervisor for reorders.
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure traceability.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; assists in cost-saving by repairing rather than replacing parts.
