Peabody Properties is seeking a Senior Maintenance Supervisor to lead its maintenance team in the Boston area. The role requires evaluating diverse maintenance needs and ensuring efficient operation of properties, while managing trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience, strong customer service, reliable transportation, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 8 years in facilities maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and basic trades.
• On-call availability after hours, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to coordinate with vendors/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team in the Boston area and oversee daily operations.
• Evaluate and respond to a broad range of maintenance needs to keep properties running smoothly.
• Manage tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, locks/keys, painting, drywall and grounds care.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and handle related administrative tasks.
