Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations across the community, perform repairs, and lead a team to keep apartments and common areas well-maintained. The role emphasizes safety, on-site leadership, and timely responses to resident requests.

Candidates should have apartment maintenance experience and strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair, with the ability to lead and train staff while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance.
• Proficiency with maintenance tools and repair techniques.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record if job duties require vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and ensure timely completion of service requests.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff, porters, and groundskeepers.
• Inspect and maintain pools, playgrounds, and common areas.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call requests; manage safety compliance.
