Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Ability to lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• If job duties require a vehicle, must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and respond to emergencies.
• Repair and maintain apartments, amenities and common areas.
• Inspect property systems and coordinate preventative maintenance.
