Job summary

STYL Residential is seeking a Lead Service Technician at Drift Dunwoody, Dunwoody, GA. You will lead day-to-day maintenance, perform preventative tasks, and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.

The role involves troubleshooting HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, plus supervising make-ready duties and vendor coordination. Strong candidates have 3+ years of residential maintenance experience, EPA I/II and CPO certifications, and the ability to work on-call.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance service experience in residential communities.
• EPA Type I and II certification required; CPO certification required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, monitor and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances; carpentry and drywall as needed.
• Maintain premises and grounds in clean and orderly condition; assist with move-ins/outs and inventory.
