Two Coast Living in Farmington Hills, MI, seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance of a multifamily property. You will manage work orders, supervise the maintenance team, and stay hands-on to keep resident amenities in excellent condition.

This full-time onsite role requires OSHA safety training, an EPA Type I/II or Universal license, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and 1+ year of supervision.

Qualifications

• EPA Type I and II or Universal License required
• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience in property management or hospitality environments
• 1+ year of experience supervising two or more employees
• 1+ year of experience of inventory control, ordering, & procurement
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Manage apartment turnover by tracking make-readies and keeping the make-ready board up to date.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members with hands-on participation as needed.
• Communicate with residents and the Property Management team to ensure professional service during maintenance and turnover.
• Maintain safety procedures, proper handling of chemicals, OSHA compliance, and training of maintenance staff.
