Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee two apartment properties, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑maintained living environment for residents and staff. You will lead maintenance personnel, manage daily operations, and contribute to preserving property value and resident satisfaction.

This full‑time, on‑site role requires 3+ years in multifamily maintenance, travel between Arbors of Mineola and Settler's Trail, CPO and HVAC certifications, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience.
• Ability to travel and manage two properties (121 units total).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage staff.
• Proficient with OneSite or Yardi and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and ensure tools are usable.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and enforce safety standards.
• Coordinate resident service requests and schedule 24/7 on-call rotations.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations; track permits.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports to corporate and manage budgets.
