Responsibilities include responding to work orders, maintaining schedules, cleaning and upkeep of common areas, and on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• On-call capacity required; reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English; bilingual abilities a plus for some residents.
• Strong time management skills for multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and responds to work orders and follows up with residents and management.
• Keeps preventative maintenance scheduling up to date.
• Performs cosmetic and routine maintenance across the community.
• Handles unit turnovers and prepares for new move-ins on schedule.
• Conducts move-in/out inspections and quarterly PM inspections.
