Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC certification (CFC) required or willingness to learn.
• On-call schedule availability is expected.
• Ability to read and follow policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware, masonry, painting, water features, and waste management systems.
• Assist with organizing work orders and complete repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments and car garages are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Train, mentor and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct apartment preventative maintenance (PM).
• Inspect community grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safety culture by following Vivmark's safety policies and procedures.
• Perform hot works, including brazing, soldering, and welding within Vivmark's standards.
