Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Parsippany, NJ to lead maintenance and trouble-shoot across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general repairs. You will diagnose problems, complete work orders, and ensure apartments and common areas meet safety and quality standards.

The role trains and mentors Technicians I and II, supports preventative maintenance, and upholds Vivmark's safety policies while delivering exceptional living experiences to residents.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC certifications or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
• Manage work orders and perform timely repairs.
• Ensure vacant units ready for occupancy with turnkey tasks.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies.
