Job summary

Hawthorne Residential Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to manage complex work orders, mentor junior techs, and lead preventative maintenance at Laurel Springs in High Point, NC. The role requires HVAC certification and experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.

A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are essential. You will work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with an on-call rotation for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance or a skilled trade such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.
• Valid Driver's License; EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead and mentor junior technicians to uphold Hawthorne standards.
• Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and turnover-ready preparations for apartments.
