Hawthorne Residential Partners in Little River, SC, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to handle complex work orders, mentor junior techs, and lead preventive maintenance. The role requires HVAC certification, and experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and team leadership.

The position involves diagnosing, repairing, and restoring apartments to make-ready status, assisting with pool maintenance, and conducting preventative maintenance per company policy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Supervisory or lead tech experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; EPA/HVAC Certification; CPO Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to make ready status per company standard.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Completion of preventative maintenance according to the guidelines outlined in company policy.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
• Promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and company staff.
