Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to perform essential duties that maintain and enhance the value of our residential communities. You will prepare vacant apartments, conduct routine and preventive maintenance, and respond to resident service requests with professionalism.

Be available for after-hours emergencies and assist the Maintenance Director with special projects and grounds upkeep. Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–5 years of verifiable hands-on maintenance experience requested (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpeting, etc.).
• Trade school or military training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies as required.
• Assist with special projects and grounds upkeep.
