Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in California to diagnose and repair a variety of systems across apartment communities. You will lead maintenance tasks and mentor junior technicians while ensuring timely service requests are completed to the highest standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC and related certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC (CFC certifications) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner per standards.
