Galman Group is seeking a Full-Time Lead Maintenance Technician in Kentucky to lead and coordinate maintenance operations across residential properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and supervise a team while ensuring safety and compliance with housing laws.

The role requires strong electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general trades skills, plus the ability to manage inventory and coordinate make-ready work.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance management experience.
• Ability to lead and train a maintenance team.
• Knowledge of EPA/OSHA regulations and safe storage of hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Diagnose and repair system failures in units and common areas.
• Coordinate make-ready repairs and supervise junior technicians.
• Ensure safety policies and Fair Housing rules are followed.
• Oversee snow removal; manage inventory and ordering of parts.
