Job summary

Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure the safety of staff and residents at a Tacoma property.

You will manage make-readies, coordinate service requests, and uphold OSHA standards while keeping accurate records in company systems. Ideal candidates have strong diagnostic and leadership skills, experience with electrical/plumbing work, and familiarity with OneSite and Office 365.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, exterior, and appliance issues.
• Experience with tub replacement and interior upgrades helpful.
• Able to perform and manage daily work orders and unit turns.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team and schedule work and emergencies.
• Coordinate make-readies and monitor repairs with vendors.
• Maintain inventory and budget monitoring input.
• Complete service requests and recordkeeping in OneSite.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance.
