The position combines on‑floor supervision with coaching, performance management, and adherence to safety policies in a heavy industrial steel environment.

Qualifications

• This role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on maintenance background with strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Experience reading electrical diagrams and schematics accurately.
• Ability to manage 50-hour weeks with overtime in a heavy industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Hands-on supervision on the shop floor when needed.
• Oversee attendance, hours, and a 50-hour work week structure.
• Evaluate performance and provide regular feedback.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure PPE usage.
• Delegate tasks based on skill and production priorities.
• Train and mentor staff on maintenance procedures and safety.
