Job summary

Latham, The Pool Company in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am) to keep our production lines running smoothly. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while collaborating with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot downtime and implement improvements.

Candidates should have 5–10 years of maintenance or related experience, be able to read blueprints and electrical

Qualifications

• 5–10 years maintenance experience in related-industry.
• Able to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Experience with CMMS software preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends, and nights.
• Must furnish own basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot downtime issues with production and engineering teams.
• Document maintenance activities and uphold safety standards.
• Operate lift trucks and shop equipment as needed.
• Maintain equipment records and assist in repairs and improvements.
