Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician III for our Cincinnati, OH operation. This hands-on role troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment on the 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 6:45 PM–10:45 AM).

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills, and can mentor junior techs while supporting reliability and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Interpret ladder logic and troubleshoot PLC systems.
• Mentor Maintenance Technician I and II teammates.
• Support equipment reliability and safety initiatives.
