Job summary

GHSP Inc. is looking for a 3rd shift Maintenance Supervisor based in Mansfield, OH. The role involves leading maintenance technicians and ensuring high levels of safety, quality, and productivity within the team.

The ideal candidate should possess at least an Associate’s degree in maintenance or relevant experience, along with supervisory experience in a technical environment. This position focuses on maintaining equipment uptime and overseeing preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in maintenance or manufacturing technologies or 4 years’ experience in a technical/Journeyman environment.
• 5 years of maintenance experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians and skilled associates.
• Oversee completion of machine and facility preventive maintenance.
• Plan and assign preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Maintain equipment uptime and reduce production downtime.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and contractors.
• Develop skills and capabilities of department personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies including safety and environmental standards.
