Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 3rd shift in Clyde, OH. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining plant equipment, and supporting robotic systems with mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.

The environment is a non climate-controlled manufacturing facility with overtime, weekend work, and a shift differential. Candidates should have 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong electrical knowledge up to 480V.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing/plant setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on hydraulics and pneumatics experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot pumps, valves, hoses, cylinders, conveyors, chains, gears, motors.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant equipment, buildings, and grounds for safe, efficient operation.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues (approximately 60% mechanical, 40% electrical).
• Troubleshoot hydraulic systems: pumps, valves, hoses, cylinders, belts, gears and motors.
• Support on-site robots with mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V and work with three-phase power.
• Install three-phase electrical systems, including wiring and conduit.
