Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician

Job Details

Responsibilities

1. Supervise maintenance staff, including assigning, planning, and reviewing work.
2. Evaluate staff performance and conduct performance evaluations.
3. Coordinate maintenance activities and provide training.
4. Perform and oversee planned and corrective maintenance on building surfaces, fixtures, systems, and equipment.
5. Complete electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and sheetrock repairs.
6. Maintain housing projects in a safe, decent, and sanitary condition.
7. Assist maintenance staff at various properties as needed.
8. Analyze and generate reports using agency computer programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or trade/vocational certification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in skilled trade construction or maintenance.
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of all maintenance crafts, including basic HVAC skills; HVAC certification is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
