Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in apartment maintenance or skilled trades (HVAC, electrical, or plumbing).
• EPA/HVAC Certification, CPO Certification, and a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs to Hawthorne standards.
• Repair and restore vacant apartments for move-in readiness.
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the maintenance team.
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation as scheduled.
