Job summary

Haley Residential in SHREVEPORT, LA is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician who can guide the team, manage work orders, and keep the community safe and well-maintained. Qualifications

• Three years’ prior experience in maintenance or related field.
• EPA license Type II or Universal required; able to obtain if not certified.
• Driver’s license and a personal vehicle for business use.
• HVAC certification preferred; OSHA 10-hour preferred.
• CPO license required at properties with a pool or able to certify.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities for the community and assign tasks.
• Lead the maintenance team and supervise make-ready work.
• Maintain preventative maintenance records and inventory.
• Respond promptly to resident issues and on-call emergencies.
• Ensure safety and compliance with regulations across property operations.
