Qualifications

• Three years’ prior experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and high safety standards.
• Proficient in communicating via Outlook and using a computerized time keeping system.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance activities for the community and assign tasks.
• Oversee and inspect the work of the maintenance team.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and service requests.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and manage on-call process.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff, modeling Haley Residential’s values.
