Job summary

Liberty Diversified International is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to lead maintenance on our Phoenix manufacturing facility, performing complex troubleshooting and ensuring reliable operation of our equipment.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, proven leadership, and the ability to mentor junior technicians; overtime and weekend work may be required. Comprehensive benefits are provided to eligible employees.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a maintenance tech in a manufacturing environment.
Expertise in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Strong leadership with the ability to mentor junior technicians.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

Lead preventive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Implement solutions and perform repairs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to prevent recurring failures.
Oversee the installation, setup, and calibration of new equipment.
Perform repairs and maintenance on facilities including HVAC and plumbing.
Mentor and train junior technicians, providing technical guidance.
Maintain maintenance records and reports, including work orders and parts history.
Ensure effective communication regarding issues and repair status.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
