Job summary

Liberty Diversified International, Phoenix facility, seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop a maintenance team responsible for day-to-day operations. You will coach staff, manage workflow, monitor safety, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with company values of Caring, Innovation, Trust, and Excellence.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure reliable maintenance and safe operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• 5+ years' experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, boiler, electrical systems, reading schematics, and diagnosing PLC errors.
• Understanding of CMMS software.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and extra hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Maintenance team for day-to-day operations.
• Coach and manage performance, provide feedback.
• Organize workflow and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee budget, inspections, and uptime.
• Promote safety programs and conduct safety huddles.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Support safety investigations and compliance.
• Mentor staff and facilitate training.
