Qualifications

• Electrical experience required (2–5 years).
• Able to troubleshoot electrical drives, motors, controls, and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance techs on shift and communicate repairs to maintenance manager.
• Coordinate with production leads to safety and line efficiency.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and recap issues at shift change.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Promote a safe, clean, and orderly shop environment and emphasize GMP/compliance.
• Lead monthly maintenance training and identify training needs with the learning coordinator.
• Keep rounds and parts logs updated daily.
