Qualifications

• Electrical troubleshooting experience (2–5 years).
• Ability to troubleshoot motors, drives, controls, and PLCs.
• Strong safety and GMP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance techs on the floor; ensure issues are addressed or communicated to the maintenance manager.
• Coordinate with production line leads to maintain safety, line efficiency, and food safety standards.
• Attend pre-shift production meetings to relay concerns from maintenance to production.
• Respond to maintenance calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Promote a safe, collaborative teamwork environment and top-priority food safety.
• Maintain Roundsman and parts logs daily and ensure completeness.
