Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is sourcing a Senior Maintenance Manager for a large-scale industrial plant in Siloam Springs, AR. You will lead Maintenance, Automation, and Facilities across 3 shifts, driving reliability, safety, quality, and downtime reduction.

You will manage operating and capital budgets, mentor a 40+ technician team, and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs with a TPM framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years in maintenance management.
• Proven leadership, planning, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance software and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance operations across multi-shift teams of 40+ technicians.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and inventory systems.
• Manage operating and capital budgets for Maintenance and Facilities.
• Schedule work to meet monthly PMs and calibration compliance.
• Lead diagnostics and root cause analysis for equipment and facilities.
• Implement Predictive Maintenance programs and TPM.
• Use CMMS to schedule PMs and manage spares.
• Drive Lean continuous improvement to improve OEE.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and ensure compliance.
