Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated high level of organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with a focus on PM Systems and Microsoft Applications.
• Knowledge of maintenance duties, programs and requirement in a regulated food manufacturing environment or similar industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing the food industry and supporting utility functions (refrigeration, boilers, HVAC, PLC).

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance projects to ensure machinery, grounds, and buildings are in good condition and compliant.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance team to minimize downtime and costs while preventing accidents.
• Schedule repairs and installations, prioritizing production support.
• Identify and suggest cost-reduction opportunities with operating teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Development and QA to resolve maintenance issues.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and participate in hiring and developing maintenance staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
