Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC in North Carolina (St. Pauls Plant) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift to oversee maintenance of machinery, grounds and facilities to support production goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with PM systems and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of USDA/GMP/OSHA regulatory requirements is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills focused on PM systems and Microsoft applications.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance projects to keep machinery, grounds and buildings in good working condition.
• Lead scheduling and prioritizing repairs, maintenance and installations for production support.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist in hiring and development of maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, GMP, OSHA and environmental regulations.
