Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of maintenance duties and programs in a regulated food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 5–15 hourly maintenance employees.
• Maintains Preventative Maintenance Program to minimize downtime and keep facilities compliant.
• Plans, prioritizes, and assigns repair, maintenance, and installations of machines and equipment.
• Ensures accurate parts inventory and supports cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Product Development and QA.
