Job summary

SunRidge Management Group in Dallas is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician - Multifamily to uphold the property's physical integrity, safety, and curb appeal.

You will supervise maintenance staff, manage work orders within 24 hours when possible, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with safety standards and leasing regulations while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance or a related field.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: maintain inventory, safety, and cleanliness; manage on-site conditions.
• Leadership & Training: mentor staff, conduct safety meetings, approve service requests.
• Maintenance Coordination: schedule 24/7 on-call rotations, coordinate with vendors.
• Resident Relations: respond to concerns, conduct move in/out inspections, improve retention.
• Compliance & Reporting: keep records and report to corporate office.
