Job summary

RISE Florence Villa in Davenport, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who leads by example, directs daily work, and trains a team to deliver timely, quality service.

You’ll troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and general maintenance; manage preventive maintenance and apartment turns; keep records, coordinate vendors, and participate in on-call rotations to keep the community running smoothly.

Qualifications

• EPA certification required; CPO certification preferred.
• Experience leading a maintenance team in multifamily housing.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and apartment turns.
• Ability to prioritize, communicate expectations, and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, assign daily work and train the team.
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, carpentry.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and inspections.
• Coordinate make-ready schedules and ensure homes are ready on time.
• Monitor work orders, manage parts, and maintain records.
• Coordinate vendors and assist with purchases and maintenance priorities.
• Support on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
