Qualifications

• Multifamily maintenance leadership experience.
• Strong troubleshooting across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances.
• EPA certification required; CPO preferred.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and apartment turns.
• Proficient with inventory management and electronic work orders.
• Able to prioritize, communicate expectations, and be accountable.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front; assign daily work and train staff.
• Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical repairs.
• Manage preventive maintenance and turns to prevent issues.
• Coordinate vendor work and manage costs with Property Manager.
• Maintain safety and support after-hours on-call rotation.
