The role requires 3–5 years in maintenance with 1–3 years in supervision; CAMT certification is preferred. On-site work with a rotating on-call schedule. Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance software is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of apartment or property maintenance experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or team management experience.
• CAMT certification preferred or required as applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance software for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members to ensure high-quality work and resident satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop staff while promoting safety and accountability.
• Oversee service requests, work orders, staff schedules, and vendor activities for timely completion.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, inspections, and capital improvement projects.
• Coordinate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and building systems.
• Review inspection findings, obtain bids, and assist with projects.
