Qualifikationen

Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
EPA Certification required.
Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience.

Aufgaben

Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for an apartment community.
Supervise and support a maintenance team to ensure service excellence.
Coordinate apartment turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships.
Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members.
Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and uphold community standards.
