Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience required.
• Prior Maintenance Supervisor experience preferred.
• Ability to participate in after-hours emergency calls.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for an 88-unit apartment community.
• Complete service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and building systems.
• Coordinate and supervise vendor work.
• Ensure OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance.
