The role requires HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong leadership capabilities to ensure safe, well-maintained residences. You will oversee preventive maintenance, respond to resident concerns, coordinate turns and work orders, and collaborate with vendors to maintain buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Experience with apartment turns, work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication, organization and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily maintenance operations.
• Supervise, train and support maintenance team members.
• Coordinate work orders, apartment turns and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general repairs.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Help maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, equipment and common areas.
• Monitor safety practices and ensure maintenance work meets company standards.
• Respond to resident maintenance concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Keep maintenance operations organized, timely and focused on quality.
